Return Process:

1.Return Notification:

Customers must notify Marca CHYK of their intention to return a product within 14 days of receiving the order. You can contact us at hola@chyk.com. You must keep the shipping guide (no, the guide), the garment label and the attached delivery note.

Product Conditions:

– The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all labels and accessories attached.

Return Authorization:

– After receiving notification, CHYK will review the request and provide a return authorization if the conditions are met.

Product delivery:

– The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with the return. You can do it through the online store. www.chyk.io or through our advisors  It is recommended to use a tracking service to guarantee delivery.

Refund Process:

Inspection of Returned Product:

– Once the returned product is received, an inspection will be carried out to verify its condition.

Refund:

– If the product meets the established conditions, the refund will be made within 5 to 7 business days.
